Sbrigati Warranty

Sbrigati One-Year Limited Warranty

At Sbrigati, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our products. This one-year limited warranty applies to your purchase of Sbrigati and covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.


Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no additional charge, any parts of Sbrigati that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


Warranty Period

The warranty period for Sbrigati is one (1) year from the date of receipt of the product.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover any issues or damages caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes beyond our control.
  • Failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance.

Customer Responsibilities

To obtain warranty service, you must:

  • Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase.
  • Uninstallation: Arrange for the uninstallation of Sbrigati if necessary. All uninstallation costs are your responsibility.
  • Shipping Costs: Cover all shipping costs to send the product to our designated service center for warranty service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] or 480-957-1094 to describe the issue and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare the Product: Securely pack Sbrigati in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Ship the Product: Send the product to the return address provided by our customer support team. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Repair or Replacement

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same model.

The repaired or replaced product will be covered under the original warranty period.


Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products as described above. We are not liable for any:

  • Losses or damages caused by the product or failure of the product to perform.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Consumable parts such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Sbrigati.
  • Software embedded in the product or associated with its use.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
