  4. Shipping: Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer support. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund or rejection may occur.

Non-Refundable Items
